OPPORTUNITIES FOR SERVICE

The Stewpot is an organization run by the First Presbyterian Church of Dallas that provides free lunches and other services to the homeless in the downtown Dallas area.  Besides making financial contributions, HCC is committed to sending 3-5 volunteers the 2nd Thursday of each month to help serve lunch to 500+ people who are in need.  Volunteers typically meet at the Stewpot at 11:15am, returning by 1:00pm. Please consider volunteering for this worthwhile and humbling experience.  There is a sign-up sheet with directions in the Narthex.  If you have questions, contact Phil Davidson.
